Terms of service

These terms cover use of the OneRouter API and website. Using either means you accept them.

The service#

OneRouter routes requests to third-party model hosts and bills for that traffic. We do not train, host or own the models. We are a gateway.

Availability is best-effort. Host failover is a capability we operate, not an uptime guarantee, and no service level is promised on any plan.

Your account and keys#

You are responsible for every request made with your key, including requests made by an agent you configured. Keys are bearer credentials: anyone holding one can spend your balance.

Accountless keys have no identity attached. If you lose the key and its recovery link, the balance is unrecoverable — there is no identity for us to verify you against.

Credit#

Credit is prepaid, denominated in USD, and buys inference only. It is not a deposit, not a security, not a stored-value instrument, and not withdrawable. Credit does not expire.

Prices are those published at the time of the request. Each response reports the charge it incurred; that figure governs.

Acceptable use#

The acceptable-use policy is part of these terms. We may suspend an account for a breach, a chargeback, or a sanctions-screening hit.

Liability#

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the credit balance on your account at the time of the claim. We are not liable for model output, for decisions taken on it, or for a host's own conduct.

Changes#

Material changes are announced in the changelog before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
